Around the Sooner State – Feb. 14, 2012

Happy Valentine’s Day for Oklahoma Sports Blog! It’s warming up some today, but there have been many slick roads Around the Sooner State this morning.  Drive cautiously.
Langston won a couple of big games last night.  The No. 10 Lionesses defeated Southwestern Assemblies of God, 73-64, and are now 24-2 on the season.  The Lions earned their seventh win of 2011-2012 with an 87-81 victory over SAGU in double overtime.
And the big upset of the evening came in Claremore as the St. Gregory’s Cavaliers took down Rogers State at home, just after the Hillcats moved up to the No. 5 spot.
