OCU to hold pom/dance clinics

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City University’s pom/dance team hosts jazz and hip hop technique choreography clinics this fall at Abe Lemons Arena inside the Freede Center.

The clinics will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, noon-2 p.m. Oct. 8 and noon-2 p.m. Nov. 12. Cost will be $20.

The Stars took the National Dance Alliance NAIA small team performance title and the NDA Division III hip hop crown in the NCA/NDA College Nationals in April at Daytona Beach, Fla. Oklahoma City has won 13 NCA/NDA titles along with three NAIA cheer and dance titles.
