• Hometown: Canet de Mar, Barcelona, Spain
• Double major in international business and business administration, with expected graduation in May 2018
• Favorite player: Rafael Nadal “He is from Spain and he was always an example for me while I was growing up. I like him because he always works hard in and out of the court without excuses and he is very tough mentally.”
• Favorite sports moment-personal: “My favorite moment in SNU was when I played my first tournament and I remember it was a very tough opponent and I wanted to give the best impression to my coach, so I fought really hard and I won.”
• Favorite sports moment-overall: “My favorite sports moment is when we travel in the van with the team. Trips can be really long and in the van is when we get to know each other better. We play games and have fun.”
• What do you like most about SNU? “I like that people really care about you and they support you in every decision that you make. At the beginning, I thought it would be difficult for me to adjust to a small school, and now I love it because you get to know the professors and they are willing to help you in everything you need.”
• Who do you most look up to? “Mostly my teammates. I always like that people encourage each other whenever we are playing tournaments, and the only way to create that atmosphere is knowing each other well outside of the court and having a great relationship between each other.”
• Goals: “My personal goals are to be able to get a GPA above 3.7 when I graduate and give my best in and outside of the court because this next year is going to be my Senior year and probably the last year that I will be able to play tennis competitively as often as I do now.”
