This week’s Players of the Week are Emily Williams, Southeastern and Jamaal Brantley, Cameron.
Emily Williams, Sr., Southeastern
Williams averaged 27.5 points and nine rebounds per game for the week while the Storm went 1-1. Â Southeastern beat NAIA ranked Oklahoma Wesleyan, but the senior had a better outing in a one-point loss to Cameron. Â Williams had 24 points, five boards, six assists and two blocks against the Aggies.
Jamaal Brantley, Jr., Cameron
The Aggies had a three-game week and Brantley recorded double-digit scoring in all three. Â He shot 62 percent from the field for the week, helping his team to a 3-0 record on the week. Â Brantley had 25 points and 10 rebounds in the Aggies’ win over Dallas Christian on Saturday.
