Rangers prepared for short go at CNFR

CASPER, Wyo. – Northwestern Oklahoma State rodeo has made it’s way through the first three rounds of the College National Finals Rodeo and are prepared for the short go today.

At the end of the third round, the Northwestern men are sitting in 4th in the overall standings with 320 total points. Maverick Harper is also doing well and is in third in the Mens All-Around.

Sara Bynum and Jenny Massing picked up the pace in Barrel racing, coming in first and 14th respectively in the final go before the short round. Junior Female Athlete of the Year, Taylor Munsell was great in Breakaway Roping last night as well, taking second in round three.

Cody Devers also who kept up the effort, taking seventh last time out.

The final round of the rodeo begins this evening, which will determine the fate of both rodeo teams.
