Sooners up to No. 16 in AP men’s basketball poll

Oklahoma Sooners

Oklahoma moved up six spots in the AP men’s basketball poll this week to No. 16.

The Sooners are coming off an 82-63 victory at home over Missouri.  It had been a week since OU played three games in three days at the Battle 4 Atlantis in the Bahamas, winning two and falling in the championship to then-No. 2 Wisconsin.

Oklahoma next takes to the court against Missouri’s former coach, Frank Haith, when the Sooners travel up the road to face Tulsa in the Reynolds Center.

Kentucky is 9-0 and remains at the top of the poll, followed by Duke, Arizona, Louisville and Wisconsin.
