If Oklahoma is going to play for a national title in 2015, it is going to have to win games and catch attention.
The Sooners, who finished 8-5 in 2014, are ranked No. 19 in the preseason APÂ Top 25 Football Poll.
Ohio State topped the poll and became the first unanimous No. 1 pick in the history of the AP preseason rankings.
The Big 12 didn’t get much love as a conference, either, as only three teams were in the top 25. TCU is picked second in the preseason and Baylor was tabbed fourth.
Oklahoma State and Texas both received votes.
