The seven teams at the top of the NAIA Women’s Basketball Coaches Top 25 poll remained in the same spots they were in last week. Oklahoma City and Langston are included in that group.
OCU (15-1) is still No. 2 in the country and picked up two more wins this week, bringing the winning streak up to 15.
Langston (19-1), who handed the Stars their only loss this season, got two wins last week as well, following its first loss of the year. The Lady Lions held on to the seventh spot in this week’s poll.
Oklahoma Baptist dropped in the poll after a one-point loss to Southwestern Christian last weekend, but didn’t fall far. The Lady Bison (15-4) gave up only two spots and are now ranked No. 10.
This week, all three teams are facing two conference opponents for the second time on the season. OCU, LU and OBU won each contest the first time around.
