Happy Monday!
♦ The Oklahoma schools have not gotten off to a blazing start through the first three weeks of the 2012 season.
The combined record on all levels (D-I, D-II and NAIA) is 13-24. Take out the three games in which Oklahoma schools faced each other and the record stands at 10-21 – even worse.
And specific states are particularly giving our Sooner state fits. The Oklahoma schools are 0-6 vs. Arkansas, 0-5 vs. Kansas, and 0-5 vs. Missouri. One positive is that Louisiana (3-0) and Florida (2-0) have been subdued, thanks to the Division I schools.
