• Favorite sports moment – overall: “When I was in high school, we had a guy from Perkins who made it to the Mets organization. His name is Jeremy Hefner. In one of his first starts on the mound, he was striking guys out left and right. They let him bat and he hit a BOMB. That was awesome to see as a young baseball player because it gave me hope and it proved a small town kid could do big things.”
• What do you like most about SNU? “Southern Nazarene is a Christ-filled community. It is something I am proud to be a part of and was what I was looking for in a school.”
• Who do you most look up to? “I most look up to my dad. He pushes me to be the best that I can be and believes in me more than I do myself.”
• Goals: “Become a Physical Therapist and help as many people as I can in my life who are dealing with injuries and pain. Also to be a good example for young student athletes who come to our program.”
