TAHLEQUAH – Kendrick Thompson will have a new home in Georgia with the recent graduate signing a professional contract with Olimpi Tbilisi of the Georgian Basketball Super League.
Olimpi Tbilisi competes in the top professional basketball league in Georgia.
Thompson was matched with the team lead in points with 466 and started all 29 games last season for the RiverHawks. In the postseason, he was a Second Team All-MIAA selection and had 13 games this last year with at least 20 points.
