Dornick Hills Golf Club in Ardmore was the site of yet another coronation of the OCU Stars golf teams.
The No. 2 OCU women won the Sooner Athletic Conference title by 24 strokes over No. 4 Lubbock Christian to take their second consecutive league title. Oklahoma City had the top two individual finishers in Elia Folch and Tanya Tibshraeny. It was the 11th SAC championship for OCU in 13 years.
The No. 2 OCU men also won by a wide margin. The Stars bested second place Wayland Baptist by 19 strokes, with a card of 300-301-305–906, to win their fourth straight conference crown. Michael Palmer won the individual title as well for Oklahoma City. OCU has claimed the SAC championship for 16 of the last 17 years.
