• UCO – Central Oklahoma gained a home doubleheader on Monday when Wednesday’s road doubleheader at Arlington Baptist was moved to Edmond.
The teams will play the first of two seven-inning games at 1 p.m. at Wendell Simmons Field.
The Bronchos, 15-12 on the year, go to Shawnee to meet St. Gregory’s for a single game Tuesday before hosting the twinbill.
UCO will also be home for a three-game series with Lindenwood this weekend, playing at 3 p.m. Friday, 1:30 p.m. Saturday and 12:30 p.m. Sunday.
Saturday’s game will feature an alumni cookout starting at 1 p.m. in the area just outside the playing field down the left field line. Hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and drinks will be provided for all UCO baseball alumni who attend.
• SGU, ECU – East Central University has rescheduled its home baseball game with St. Gregory’s for Monday, April 9th, at 3 p.m. at Tiger Field in Ada.
The two teams were originally set to face off on March 21st, but that contest was postponed due to rain.
ECU’s next action will be today as it plays at Oklahoma Baptist University for a 6 p.m. start in Shawnee. The Tigers bring a 20-12 record into the game.
