GOODWELL – Northwestern’s volleyball team opened the 2017 campaign with the program’s best start since its revival in 2012.
The Rangers won all four matches, the first three via sweeps, in the Aggies Challenge at Oklahoma Panhandle State University and own a 4-0 season record.
NWOSU took down USAO and OPSU on Friday and Jarvis Christian (Texas) and Fort Lewis College (Colo.) on Saturday.
Sophomore Jennifer Eubanks is averaging 3.53 kills/set through the four matches. Senior Carley Geer recorded 3.15 digs/set.
The Rangers first home match is set for Tuesday in Percefull Fieldhouse as they host Newman. NWOSU then travels to Kearney, Neb., to compete in the UNK Classic.
