KANSAS CITY – Oscar Kipkoros of Oklahoma City has been named the NAIA National Runner of the Week the national office announced Wednesday. Kipkoros was selected based on his performances from Sept. 16 – 22 and was chosen out of a pool of conference and Association of Independent Institution winners.
