Oklahoma State played well last week, but just not quite well enough.
OSU dropped a one-point game to Gonzaga in Gallagher-Iba Arena last Saturday. The Cowboys then lost at Kansas State by six in Manhattan, Kan.
This losses reflected Oklahoma State’s place in the polls as it dropped from the top 25 in both the AP and USA Today/Coaches polls. OSU received votes in both though, likely an acknowledgement of the team’s tough play.
The Cowboys were ranked the equivalent of 28th and 29th in the AP and coaches polls, respectively.
