Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!
It is has been a very active month for me, but not much of that has translated to this site.
We have moved the southern bureau of OSB (a.k.a. my house) at the start of the month. This move, which started at the end of October wound up being about two weeks of hard work and long nights, even though we moved only a couple of miles up the road. Combine that with five children in school, plays, rehearsals, band performances, recitals and all-district performances, and add in one full-time and one part-time job and the time has evaporated.
Did I mention that I’m still married? (Now THAT’S something I’m really thankful for in all of this.) And we had to get ready for the vacation (which the above picture represents) because the beautiful wife needed a vacation pretty badly. The cute little girl is my youngest daughter posing on the beach on the Emerald Coast in Florida. Yes, I’m finally starting to relax a bit.
So OSB has taken a bit of a backseat as of late. But we will be back as this November comes to a close. And Oklahoma Sports Blog is about to get a new look.
In the meantime, have fun watching Bedlam on Saturday. Matthew (my brother and co-owner of Oklahoma Sports Blog) will be cheering for Oklahoma, while I’ll be behind the alma mater, Oklahoma State, so the site will be balanced and both sides represented.
