Southeastern held on to its spot at No. 5.  The Savage Storm are 32-7 and have been ranked in the top five all season.  The Storm swept Southwestern in a four-game Great American Conference series last weekend and stand at 17-3 atop the GAC standings.

SOSU hosts Ouachita Baptist on Friday and Saturday in its final conference series at home.

Central remained in the top 10 and moved up two to the eighth spot.  The Bronchos (27-7) have won six straight, have only one loss in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association and are percentage points behind Fort Hays State for the league lead.

UCO is at home for a long three-day stretch starting Friday.  Central plays host for two games each with Emporia State on Friday, Washburn on Saturday and rival Northeastern State on Sunday.
