Central (15-2, 6-2 MIAA) fell to No. 19 in the ranking. UCO went 1-1 last week, falling 61-53 at Emporia State, who is receiving votes in this week’s poll, then defeating Washburn by two. The Bronchos host rival NSU on Saturday.
