LAWTON, Okla. – The Aggie Showdown scheduled for this Saturday, Sept. 8, has been canceled, and includes all activities related to the event.
The Cameron University cross country team will travel next to Texas for the Texas Tech open on Sept. 14 in Lubbock.
Cameron last raced at the MSU Stampede on Aug. 30 where the team finished a program best second place in the event. Aggie Freshman Cody Campbell led the team with a time of 17:31.79 finishing in fourth place.
The Lone Star Conference Championship will be held on Oct. 20 in Lawton at 9:30 a.m. hosted by Cameron University and feature all the conference’s men’s and women’s cross country teams.
