The Tulsa Shock re-signed Courtney Paris on Thursday.
The 6-foot-4 center, who played her college ball in Norman, was the final player released from the training camp roster that had to be trimmed to 11.
But with the injury rate growing at a fast pace in Tulsa, the Shock brought back Paris to shore up its front court.
Forward Tiffany Jackson-Jones has a stress fracture in her ankle and has not yet seen court time this season.
Center Elizabeth Cambage is leading the team in scoring, having played in three of the Shock’s four games this season and starting two. But she has a left ankle sprain and will not return until next week.
Paris had 3.5 points per game in 23 games played for the Shock in 2012.
