A freshman from Omaha, Neb., Gabi Nordaker hit .556 from her spot at middle blocker as Concordia defeated both Doane and Hastings in straight sets and currently ranks third nationally in hitting percentage (0.552)

Defender of the Week: Maegan Plunk, Mid-America Christian (Okla.)
Senior libero Maegan Plunk made history in MACU’s five-set upset at Oklahoma Wesleyan by setting the program’s record for the most digs in a single match with 46, averaging 9.2 digs per set. Plunk shattered the previous record set by Shelbi Johnson in 2010 with 38 while also tallying 10 digs higher than her previous career-high of 36 set last season.
