• Southern Nazarene golf

• Hometown: Eufaula, Okla.

• Accounting major expected to graduate Dec. 2019

• Favorite teams: Oklahoma City Thunder, Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers

• Favorite sports moment – personal: “So far, my favorite sports moment would be playing in the GAC conference tournament during my freshman year. I posted some of my lowest scores that season in that event, and it was a good confidence boost to end the year. I’ve always liked the pressure and butterflies that come with a big tournament, and it is definitely my favorite event.”

• Favorite sports moment – overall: “My favorite sports moment comes from the 2017 Midwestern State Invitational. After having a rough first round, our team shot 29 strokes better the second round. Being able to walk away from a course that tough with a positive really allowed our team to have confidence during the spring season.”

• What do you like most about SNU? “Southern Nazarene has a great reputation for being a close community. The people I have had the pleasure to meet here have really enriched my college experience. SNU has a great group of faculty and staff members who care so much about the students. They definitely make being a student athlete a little easier.”

• Who do you most look up to? “I would say the person I look up to the most would be my mom. She has made a countless number of sacrifices so I can play college golf, and her selflessness and serving attitude is something I strive to achieve.”

• Goals: “Moving forward I hope to continue to grow, learn, and improve in my sport. I also hope to continue my education by going to graduate school and taking the CPA exam. In everything, I hope to always put forth my best effort, and always look for opportunities to serve those around me.”
