The Tulsa Shock host the Atlanta Dream on May 9 in the BOK Center open the 2013 WNBA preseason schedule. The league, about to begin its 17th season, will feature 14 preseason games in 14 cities.
The Shock will have a new look in 2013, featuring a pair of veteran players acquired in the offseason trades – Candace Wiggins from Minnesota and Nicole Powell from New York.
Tulsa plays its first regular season game against the Dream in Atlanta on May 25.
The home opener for the Shock is part of a doubleheader to be broadcast on ESPN2 on Memorial Day. Tulsa will host the Washington Mystics at 2 p.m. on May 27.
