Shock win and top century mark in home opener

Tulsa Shock

The Tulsa Shock scored more than 100 points at the BOK Center in their home opener and took the win as well over the Chicago Sky.

Odyssey Sims led her team with 23 points as the Shock even the season record at 1-1 with a 101-93 win.

It was the first time in six tries in Tulsa for the Shock to win their home opener.

Skylar Diggins also hit the 20-point mark and had eight assists as well.

Chicago’s Elena Delle Donne had the big numbers on the night with 40 points and nine rebounds. She also went 11-for-11 from the free throw line and kept her team in it with big shots.

The Shock next play on Tuesday, when the Seattle Storm come to the BOK Center. Tip time is scheduled for 7 p.m.
